OUR KOMBUCHA

SLOW FERMENT.

We use traditional brewing methods and a very slow ferment to ensure that we get the most from our brew. The prolonged ferment means we’re left with almost no sugar and a thoroughly cultured brew.

100% KOMBUCHA.

Liberty is made from 100% kombucha. This means no diluting with water or soda, no use of kombucha extracts or concentrates. Nothing but the real deal.

ALL NATURAL

Liberty flavours are crafted using all natural fruit extracts and nothing artificial. We know the first thing a customer will do is read the ingredient list and be delighted by our uniquely clean product. 

LOW SUGAR.

Kombucha is a healthy drink. Every bottle of Liberty has less than 1g of sugar. Slowly fermenting cuts out the sugar from our brew, keeping it clean and crisp for those looking for a refreshing and healthy daily drink.

AUTHENTIC CRAFT.

We take a craft approach to making kombucha. Small batches are slowly fermented with the expert care and attention of our master brewers. Our SCOBY family is nurtured daily in our specialty brewery resulting in an authentic, outstanding brew.

NOT PASTEURISED.

Kombucha is a ‘live’ drink. We maintain the ‘life’ of our brew (the reason for it’s being!) by keeping our product fresh and refrigerated.
