We use the power of naturally derived ingredients and tradtional, slow brewing methods to make an authentic brew that provide us with a daily dose of energy, refreshment and functional support.
OUR KOMBUCHA
SLOW FERMENT.
We use traditional brewing methods and a very slow ferment to ensure that we get the most from our brew. The prolonged ferment means we’re left with almost no sugar and a thoroughly cultured brew.
100% KOMBUCHA.
Liberty is made from 100% kombucha. This means no diluting with water or soda, no use of kombucha extracts or concentrates. Nothing but the real deal.
ALL NATURAL
Liberty flavours are crafted using all natural fruit extracts and nothing artificial. We know the first thing a customer will do is read the ingredient list and be delighted by our uniquely clean product.
LOW SUGAR.
Kombucha is a healthy drink. Every bottle of Liberty has less than 1g of sugar. Slowly fermenting cuts out the sugar from our brew, keeping it clean and crisp for those looking for a refreshing and healthy daily drink.
AUTHENTIC CRAFT.
We take a craft approach to making kombucha. Small batches are slowly fermented with the expert care and attention of our master brewers. Our SCOBY family is nurtured daily in our specialty brewery resulting in an authentic, outstanding brew.
NOT PASTEURISED.
Kombucha is a ‘live’ drink. We maintain the ‘life’ of our brew (the reason for it’s being!) by keeping our product fresh and refrigerated.
BLOOD ORANGE
Believed to have originated in the Southern Mediterranean around the 18th century, it's name is believed to be derived from an exclamation of wonder expressed by the farmer who was shown this fruit by its discoverer. This beautiful flavour has us dreaming of endless Mediterranean summers.
KAKADU PLUM + GINGER
We’ve bolstered our healing and delicious brew with Kakadu Plum to give it even more power. Kakadu Plum is a native fruit wild-crafted by the Australian Aboriginal People. For centuries Kakadu Plum has been considered a gift of the Dreamtime, eaten for it’s incredible antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and infection-fighting properties. Combined with the super power of ginger this brew is a delicious immunity booster.
POMEGRANATE
Ancient Egyptians regarded the pomegranate as a symbol of prosperity and ambition. We like to think of this rich flavour as inspiring these qualities in the modern day drinker. Tantalizing and distinct our pomegranate flavoured Kombucha delivers the power of this magical super-fruit. Bursting with vitamin c, this brew delicately balances the sweet and sour flavour properties to create an unforgettable drink.
BLACK CHERRY
Know for their bold sweetness and deep dark colour, our Black Cherry pairs perfectly with the refreshing Liberty brew to make a deliciously balanced for year round enjoyment.
LEMON + COCONUT
There’s no better way to tell the story of Liberty than to capture the flavour of eternal summer in a brew. Crack open a bottle and you can practically hear the ocean waves roll in. Liberty Lemon + Coconut Kombucha has a transformative effect, the bright zest of organic lemon paired with the smooth, toffee tones of the coconut create a seductive state found otherwise under the beach umbrella in the Amalfi coast.

For the Kombucha purists who want their brew straight up we offer our Original flavour. Just like incredible meals are made from incredible ingredients, our Original kombucha is a testament to the care and craftsmanship approach we take to brewing. Made from all organic ingredients and the happiest scoby in town Liberty Original Kombucha is crisp and fresh with balanced acidity and subtle notes of stone fruit.
